This weekend I spotted a recipe for rhubarb, apple and passion fruit jam. I love passion fruit! Any recipe -or cocktail- with pash-and-fruit (as my cousin apparently used to call it) in it has to be tried. I think jars of home made jam would be a sweet Christmas gift.
