Ooh Tart!

An easy and tasty meal I have been making for the last couple of weeks is a good ol' puff pastry tart. On half a pre rolled puff pastry sheet (per person) smother tomato puree and then layer up whatever you fancy. I've been doing sliced tomatoes, chorizo and mozzarella mainly but this time I topped it with delicious British asparagus which is in season. It doesn't take long at all to prepare and only needs 20mins in a hot oven. Yum!!
