The last couple of days we've been making ice cream and sorbet's with Ma's new ice cream maker - what a great invention! It's so easy to do and I'm just thinking of more exciting flavours to try. I remembered cutting out and keeping something about
Lola's on Ice, a psychadelic ice cream van, and the above image is the
lemon balm and poppy seed ice cream (I've had this stuck up on my uni room wall all year!) I may try a variation this... and lots more too.
