Laptop Knits

My dear friend Maddy has been keeping a secret from me. She has an Etsy shop selling some wonderful knitted laptop cases. They look so cute and well made. Head over to studiomake for a gander...and a purchase! Which makes me think I should make some use out of my Orla Keily one - it was pricey enough (and is now cheaper)!!

Cut and Keep

I started this little blog of mine as an online version of the scrap book I keep. When I come back from uni for the holidays, I take an afternoon reading through all the weekend magazines that have been kept for me. Then I cut out the articles, pictures and recipes that catch my eye. This is what I have been doing this afternoon!
I haven't given the scrapbook itself much of my attention recently, but when the summer comes I'll get sticking again. Also I'm thinking of starting an etsy shop too...!

Lines and Jars

These fabrics are all by repeat, whose etsy shop is here. I came across their fabric designs a while back and I love how they're so quirky - jam jars, electricity pylons! I wrote to them on etsy finding out whether the fabrics are suitable for dressmaking, and now that I've seen the laundry design, I really want to make an order!
